NSS - 97 + Neutral Safety Switch

I am in DIRE DIRE need of a 97+ NSS. I bought one and the guy i bought it from commited some classic fraud on me, sent the payment and never received the product(its been a little over a month) And I am really ****ed off and I am still in dire need of an nss to pass my emissions test or no registration for me. So if anyone can please help me out, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do. thanks
