I have a 94 xj country 4.0 4 wheel drive. I am having an electrical issue. My radio, interior lights, horn, headlamp delay, door locks, and power seats are not getting power. I just replaced the ignition start switch and verified power is coming from there. I have checked all fuses none have popped. No corrosion on anything I can see. Any ideas or help is appreciated I have to drive to new york in 4 days and would like to find the problem so I don't have surprises on the trip.
I checked the under hood relay box fuses.
Verified all connections on ignition switch. And no wires pulled few from under dash.
Thanks.

Sounds like the IOD fuse is blown. #9, 10 Amp fuse in fuse block.

If the fuse is blown something is causing it to blow. You'll need to isolate which circuit is shorted.
