Anyone else have problems with not being able to close the rear hatch when the Jeep is sitting unlevel or the axle is flexing a little bit?

Had mine on the curb with two wheels and the gate wouldn't shut till I drove it off the curb.

Mine seems to open fine at any angle. Though I haven't really tried it at TOO steep of an angle. only on curbs and uneven road.

Mine does that if it's flexing some.

Absolutely. The body is flexing, causing misalignment.

2 choices - reinforce with frame stiffeners and cage, or replace body in a couple of years when the cracks and tears start forming.
