Milemarker lockout hub VS. Warn lockout hub (standard hub)

I have blown right side hub (internal sleeve slines stripped). I noticed engagement between slave sleeve and dog sleeve is about 2-3/32 which I think is not enough. I have standard hub conversion 5X4.5 from MileMarker. Will Warn standard lockout hub fit?
What goes south in Warn lockout hub when it blows?
Also, If any one knows what is a normal spline engagement between dog sleeve and slave sleeve inside the hub (not stub axle splines) of Warn standard hub (if that has been measured)?

I've used a set of Warn Bronco II hubs on a Milemarker conversion kit. They fit and work fine. I carried the Warns for spares when I had the Dana 30, since the Milemarkers had a warranty anyway.
