no spark at coil

i have a good ignition control module, good coil good cps with 12 volts and all grounds clean and connected please enlighten me to a possible problem on my 89 4.0 liter xj. I just put the engine in today and it ran great in my 88 xj but the later jeep has some wiring that I have had to replace
