XJ no start after 4x4 conversion

Yep, moved them around while running no problem, to my eye the plug didnt look at dirty but when i sprayed it in there alot of dirt shot out, i got every sensor, all over the trans, cleaned and re-dielectric'd nss, the big black and grey plug, the sensors around throttle body, 02 sensor harness. Transmission runs good. There is some grinding coming from transfer case tho i got it from the junkyard so who knows

Great to hear you got it going again! I was keeping an eye on your swap as I'm in the 'collecting parts' stage of an 2wd AW4 to 4wd AX15 swap myself. To minimize corrosion and to help keep water out, you should get some dielectric grease and pack all of your connectors with that stuff. Super cheap insurance.

Good idea! Im gonna clean up the transmission wiring and install an sye tomorrow, so ill dieelectric grease everything
