ECU from a 1996 manual to a 1994?

I got through this Jeep and every sensor is replaced and as soon as he gets up to running temperature it kills itself. The only thing I have not replaced is the ECU. Will a ECU out of a 1996 manual work fine and I 1994 manual?

No, ecu/pcm 1994-95 interchange . 1996 is a odd year and only works on 96.
