My claimed score was 6,190 which would be a record high for Jan vhf uhf in the Jan contest. W2EV in NY has hit 5800 in Jan so its it wasnt an overwhelming score. Takes about 6mo to get formal results.

I left a log sheet in the hotel sat night and literally left 1000 pts on the floor. Only operated 15 hrs too. Just didnt want to camp in near freezing rain or risk antenna icing so I know I can do better. Something to look forward too.

Are you all geared up for field day?

On 6m ssb I hit every state east of the rockies and all the Canadian provinces on field day. Great tropo.

Kicked arse in Sept 2017 vhf uhf contest. Set all time records in FM score at 7,410 and an all time multiplier record at 39. Conditions sucked, M class flare on sat and near record solar A count (absorption) on Sunday. Hope the score holds.
