I think theres a problem with the "new posts" button. I clicked on it to refresh the posts, but b/c no one has made a response in like 30 minutes or so, it give an error msg.

What was the text of the error message? If you have read all the messages, or the cookie times out, or you have hit "marl all read", then at some point you click "view new posts, and there have not been any new posts, it will says something like "sorry no matches. Please try again". That would be expected.
