Broken bolts every where!

Took my header panel off to remove a fender..

Anyhoo, noticed about 3/4 of the bolts across the header panels have busted mounts (i.e in the fibreglass). Has anyone tried epoxy on this?

As well the front of the fender has bolts that connect to the header panel, and they've broken off - any tricks there?

Plus, any tricks for removing torx heads that have rounded out?

Are they just pulled out of the firberglass? Mine was like that. Just stuff some JB Weld in the hole and stick the threaded insert back in.

Pieces of the mounts have broken off.. so JB weld works good on fibreglass..

yep, just clean off all the loose particles before gluing.
