Belt Tensioner Question? please help

Hey i bought a 1991 jeep cherokee laredo and it has a new motor in it that i had to hook up. Im not sure where the belt tensioner is but in a box of bolts i found a bold that looked like a belt tensioner. if someone could help me out and let me know where the belt tensioner goes or how to loosen it and tighten it that would be awsome thanks

The belt tensioner is the power steering pump and bracket. It piviots on a bolt from the top, and has a long adjuster bolt on the bottom.
