Power Seat Motor?

After a ZJ set swap, I need to manually turn the seat motor with an allen wrench. It's a tight fit and I've got bad wrists. So, which way do I turn the motor to raise the seat back (incline). Fwi, I know this can be done with a power drill, but I don't have that set up, yet. Thanks.

Cut the allen wrench and chuck it in your drill.
