Hello.

It seems that my low fuel indicator lamp does not work (How do I know this you ask?...Yes the Hard way:). Any suggestions as to why it might not work or how to fix it. Could it be as simple as a bulb? I recently had to put in a new fuel pump if that possibly makes a difference.

Thanks for your help;)

you might have bent the float arm on the sending unit, but why bother?

pay attention to your mileage and just fill up when you're low.

I've had the light come on when I know I have 5 gallons left, and I've run out of gas with the gauge still reading 3/8 tank left.

mileage never lies ;)
