Comes with one 90* elbow as shown and you can have the plastic fill tube which is enough to get to the side window if it's set up the way ours was. Sorry, no clamps or the filler neck.
It's not a street leagal tank unless you put a vented cap and whatever smog stuff a factory tank requires.
