Fuel Pressure Regulator Inner O ring size

I bought 2 fuel pressure regulators now.
both same issue. inner O-ring was too big.
I put it in anyways.
and LO and behold. It held pressure for a grand total of 4 days.
Pulled it out.
I chunked the O ring.
So I went to autozone and bought the pack of fuel resistant O-rings.
None of these are right either.
can anyone confirm the diameter of this O-ring ?

92 xj 4.0 H.O

I thought it was the same size as the injector O-rings.Thats why there are enough for 7 in the pack?

I went and looked at those in the parts store. they were the same size...
Let me put it this way. With the O ring lubed. there was no way it was going in there...
is there a different fuel rail or something on a 92 high output ?

100% confirmed the fuel injector O ring is 2x the size.
Even without it being on the regulator. this O ring does not even fit in the hole.

So other ideas ?
