i have an ir thermometer. batteries for it are another issue. im going to leave it for now. its a bit to cold out for me to work on it. I will check the thermostats before installing and check with the ir.

Mine is a nine volt.

i have everything but a 9 volt at home. just need to pick one up.

Just a little more info. Got stuck in a little traffic on a steep hill. And it made it to 190 and peaked at 195. Once it leveled off went back down to 172-182.
