Fuse Issues

97 Xj inline 6 IV replaced crank position sensor,ignition coil prior to replacing this I had a crank no start replaced those items jeep ran fine now I'm popping both 25amp mini fuses in the pdc under the hood checked ground wires they are good checked wiring harness for bad wires they are good I'm at a stand still was curious if anyone has any ideas

What are the 25 amp fuses labeled?
