rear defroster

First day of year with ice on glass. Anyway, rear defroster won't come on. (00 sport) fusebox by passenger foot says refer to owners manual for diagram, manual says refer to fusebox. It's cold out and I am too lazy to pull them all with frozen fingers. Anyone know where it is? And is there a secondary fuse somewhere else i should check?

10amps number 14(?) in the fusebox

Btw, looking at the schematic I'd go as far to say as your power mirrors shouldn't work either if it's the fuse..... but I might be wrong as I had too much to drink tonight and the circuit on the comp is looking a wee bit fuzzy by now
