who was installing a novak shifter?

I recall someone in SoCal talking about installing the shifter. If so, any pics? any thoughts as to what the problems were?? I just placed an order for mine and I should have it by Friday and since I'm planning a "busy" jeep weekend I want to prepare for smooth install.

I already talked to him and looked at it onsite But since he didn't have the console in he did the boot install directly to the floor. In any case I'm wondering if anyone fitted a stock full length console with a boot of sorts or not.
