Coil spring bow (not your usual case, guarantee you will be stumped)

What should i measure to see ahout this though? Ive taken countless measurements and everything checks out! Its driving me nuts.

A trip to an alignment shop will tell if the caster and camber are correct which will help in diagnosing a bent or twisted tube.

Is the spring seated correctly in the lower perch/bucket? The tail of the spring should sit nicely into a channel, allowing the retainer to be tightened down.

If you look at your lower bump pad relative to your bump tower, it's fairly obvious what's going on. If you don't have a spun or bent axle tube (which should be pretty easy to rule out), your axle isn't centered.

Do you have side pictures of your rig? What about wheel base measurements?

Looks like the passenger side tube is spun to me. Put a angle finder on the flat part of the coil seat on each side. Should be obvious in short order.
