proper torq for a RE 5.5" long arm lift?

What is the proper torq specs for my rubicon express long arms and track bar?

I called rubicon express and they said "if the bolt breaks its too tight".

there really is no "proper torque specs" on this, you just tighten it till it feels tight and call it good!

Start with the stock specs, a control arm is a control arm.
