No dash lights or running lights

Ok I have a 1995 jeep Cherokee, 4.0 h.o, 4x4, auto. Previous owner installed a radio didn't tape up the illumination wire it shorted out on the fan plug in. Plug new fuses in and a new headlight switch still no power to the #19 fuse I have the wires narrowed down just wondering if anyone knows where they go or anything else to check orange/green and black/orange

Fuse 15 in the fuse block or fuse 5 in the PDC, most likely.

That's what it was I had checked the fuses but I guess I missed that one only took me two days to feel like a idiot
