I have a 94 XJ with a 4.0. I have went through a few belts and believe it is the power steering pump pulley. When I watch the pulleys spinning the power steering pump looks like it wobbles. The pulley is only 12 bucks at autozone and wanted to know if anyone has changed this, how bad is it or should I replace the whole pump.

PS pumps normally come without the pulley. You have to swap the pulley from the one you have, to the replacment pump.
You can rent a PS pulley puller for about $7 and swap it out; or pay the extra $5 and get new pulley and call it a day...
To install the new pulley, just follow the instructions that come with the PS pump.
