About Nomad Seats:
The new Mastercraft Nomad Seat is a lower-priced alternative to the conventional Mastercraft seats we sell. It features much of the same quality and comfort features you would expect from Mastercraft, but in a lower cost alternative.
After years of development, the MasterCraft Safety Nomad Seat has arrived! The Nomad is a fixed back, import seat based on the legendary Rubicon suspension seat design. Not just another Import seat with the Mastercraft name slapped on it, the Nomad is a true suspension seat that was designed from the ground up and is built to Mastercraft specifications. Nomad seats feature the same tubular steel frame and open mesh liner construction as the legendary Rubicon seats and even share the same mounting configuration, so they will fit anywhere the Rubicon seats do, and use the same mounting kits and brackets for those vehicles that require them. Upholstered with FMVSS rated fabrics means these seats are colorfast to the same standards as the OE manufacturers.

About Mastercraft Non-Racing Restraints:
All 3in. driver restraints are SFI-16-1 approved. Our hardware is manufactured from sheet alloy steel or drop forged alloy steel, with military spec webbing. Most sanctioning bodies require all belts/systems be re-webbed or replaced two years after the date stamped on the SFI tag. This is done for your safety. Available webbing colors include: Red, Blue & Black.

Rusty's Flares - Rusty's XJ Standard Flares - SALE!

Flares are $90 each, $179 for a set of two (front or rear) or for a limited time, all four for $299! Normally $350 .
Finally - a Cherokee flare that gives you the extra 1.25" coverage needed for those oversized tires as well as larger openings! Unlike other aftermarket flares, Rusty's flares give you the abililty to trim from 2.5"-4" of sheet metal to clear larger tires! If you're simply going for style you can install our flares without trimming the fenders but you may see a bit of the fender under the front portion of the flare.
We have two versions now available: Standard and Flex. The Standard Cut-Out Flares are constructed of urethane plastic and finished in a glossy black finish that can be painted to match the rig's color. The Flex Cut-Out Flares are a more flexible urethane that will bend much more than the standard versions. The Flex Flares have a glossy black finish but are NOT paintable. Either style will work on '84-'01 2-door and 4-door Cherokees. A 12" wide tire on a wheel with 4.5" backspacing will be completely covered with these flares.
The Standard Cut-Out Flares do give a little but they are not as pliable as factory flares. They will take a good deal of abuse but if slammed against a rock, they may break. The Flexible Cut-Out Flares are extremely flexible and can withstand heavy abuse.

4.5: Long arm System for the WJ!!

The WJ Grand Cherokee is becoming very popular these days and is an extremely capable trail vehicle that is also very comfortable. Rusty’s has designed and engineered a long travel suspension kit that bolts on, yet still offers the durability, flex, and articulation of a custom built suspension. People often ask, “Why is a Long Travel Better?” With longer arms locating the front and rear axles, the operating angle of the arms is greatly reduced, and the axles exhibit less "roll" as the suspension moves through its travel cycle. The control arms are more or less parallel with the ground at ride height, which greatly improves the ride and handling of a lifted vehicle while on road and provides the superior articulation needed to be a hero off the pavement!
Rusty's kit bolts on to the unibody with minor drilling. No welding is required or recommended. The front uses radius-style arms and are completely adjustable, both the long lower arm as well as the upper link. The arms utilize a combination of Rusty's Forged Flex Joints at the adjustable end and factory rubber control arm bushings at the axle end. This combination provides excellent strength and flexibility and ensures no noise or vibrations are transmitted to the unibody. Rusty's arms are constructed of heavy-gauge 2" diameter D.O.M. tubing, so go ahead and bash them against rocks and ledges because they can take the abuse and keep right on going!
The front radius-style arms bolt to a completely new crossmember constructed of 1/4" thick steel that has been laser-cut and CNC-formed for a precise fit. The crossmember also features an extended mounting area and is further beffed up by Rusty’s new frame reinforcement. The 1/4" thick reinforcement brackets are located on the outside of the unibody and brackets basically sandwich the unibody's rails, tying the unibody and the new cross member together. This design distributes the suspension loads over a much larger area of the unibody and helps ensure the unibody will not sustain any structural damage no matter how extreme your four-wheeling gets!
The rear lower control arms are also built with heavy-gauge 2" diameter D.O.M. tubing and feature Rusty's Forged Flex Joints for maximum articulation and strength, as well as factory rubber bushings at the opposite end to ensure no vibrations are transmitted to the unibody. The Rusty's rear mounting hanger is constructed of 1/4" thick laser-cut steel and feature our keyed and tabbed bracket technology for a precision fit.
The Rusty’s rear upper link is the absolute best you are going to find in a WJ kit! Constructed of 1.50" x .375-wall DOM tubing, the upper link attaches to the body with two 7/8" heim joints, while a Rusty’s Forged Flex Joint connects to the supplied bolt-on 3/8" thick steel axle mount. Many hours were spent in the development and design of this 3-link assembly to offer strength, durability, and adjustability for great articulation while maintaining precision driveline angles.
Please note that no exhaust modifications are necessary with this kit! Like the rest of Rusty's suspension kits, the WJ Grand Cherokee kit comes complete with Grade 5 & Grade 8 hardware along with installation instructions written with the do-it-yourselfer in mind. To finish it all off, everything comes in a high gloss black powder coating for protection and a great look.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The WJ Grand Cherokee comes with several different styles of driveshafts. Some come with a standard CV (constant velocity) joint at the transfer case and a U-joint at the axle; this is good and if this is what your Jeep has because you don’t have to change anything. Others come with a CV at the transfer case and a Rezeppa type joint at the axle. If the front driveshaft is this style and you are lifting it, you will need to purchase our WJ Driveshaft Conversion part # RD-DS01-UV. There are also some WJ’s with a Rezeppa at both ends of the driveshaft; if your vehicle has this style you will need to buy the Rusty’s Driveshaft Conversion as well as the optional transfer case yoke. WJ 2.5" Budget boost

Rusty's 2.5" Basic Kit is the perfect solution for 99-04 Grand Cherokees with sagged out factory springs or for those vehicle owners looking to take the WJ's performance to the next level!
The 2.5" Basic kit includes replacement front and rear coil springs that were designed using computer modeling and then subjected to extensive real-world testing. Rusty's found that the factory coil spring rates were a little too soft and caused the suspension to wallow and bottom out prematurely when encountering bumps and dips. As a result, the Rusty's coils have spring rates that are 12 lbs heavier than stock. This eliminates the negative factory ride characteristics while providing additional support when the vehicle is fully loaded with people and gear. Rusty's Hydro Performance shocks further improve the ride and handling of these popular vehicles.
We have found that 255-70/R16 tires work great with this lift kit! Perform the simple installation, have the vehicle aligned, and you're back on the road with much more off-road capability!
