Heater Fan only blows on highest setting

Hey guys i have a 96 4.0l, the other day when i was leaving from my parents place it was -15 celsius and my heater fan decided it would stop working at the lower settings and just work on high. Now its not a major problem for me right now just an annoyance, what could be the cause of it only working on the high setting?

Only working on high is indicative of a blown heater motor series resistor pack. It is mounted under the passenger side dash and into the plenum.

x2 on blown motor resistor. Not hard to fix at all, it was the first thing that went wrong with my Jeep.

Go get a Haynes repair manual and the blower motor resistor from a dealership. Shouldnt be too difficult.
