When the cement dust is so thick I can't see my grinder it's time to head outside and see if I'm still in it. I'm in it, just a little gray around the gills.
 
That should get you the extra minerals you need.
 
Haha, got the fire department called when I did my garage floors...dust looks a lot like smoke. Shoulda told me, I have a BIG grinder now. :D
 
Living dust free just for today and still in it.
 
42 years since I"ve been on a murdercycle. Didn't kill me. Sorry, Noah, you don't get the inheritance yet. Pffffhhhhtttt!
