I had a dumbass moment today pulled in to work and went to back in my spot. Thought my reverse was out, messed with it for a good 10 minutes before I realized I had put the transfer case in neutral.

Gave a guy his review the other day, scores are from 1 to 5 with 1 being lowest. He is always up against the attendance points and will go back to max points within a day or two of dropping a point. Gave him a 1 for attendance. Sent it to HR, they tell me I have to give him an improvement action plan. I put 'show up on time everyday' as the action plan. HR lady was not amused...
