Hard wiring bluetooth to early tape deck. How to?

Hey All,

Trying to keep my XJ as OEM as possible.

I was curious if it would be possible to hard wire bluetooth or even just an aux jack into the early model tape deck?

Has anyone done it?

If you really have a cassette tape deck, you can get a cassette tape like adapter to put in the deck. It has a thin cable that sticks out. You can plug that directly into your phone or a Bluetooth adapter. They work pretty well and are cheap.

All in one and cheap....

Your local Oreilly auto should have a BT cassette adapter, if you want to go that route.
Otherwise I believe a member of comanche club has upgraded/modded oe units for aux.
