Users List sort by Chapter?

I am sending PMs to Colorado Chapter members to encourage participation in the Adopt-a-Road program. I have been able to sort the Member's Roster and PM the paid members.

Is it possible to sort the User's List by chapter?

I don't think so, the members list is created by the membership guy in an excel file,not through the forum.

It is not possible since there is no slot to put a members chapter in the member profile/usercp. Technically only club members are actually members of the individual chapters.

That information would be an awesome tool to get users involved with chapter members in their area.
