How do I change my avatar? I have a pic that I would like to use but am not skilled at image editing or shrinking. Could you please give me an email address to email the pic to for addition as my avatar?

Hi,
You will probably find somebody coming along here that would be willing to resize the image to a useable size.

Once that is done, go ahead and attach it in this forum for inclusion with the next additions.
