stupid questions

Yes, I tried searching the forum, but the problem is, I don't know what I'm searching for.

I'm replacing the SYE tail housing on my NP231.
I didn't buy a whole new kit because I don't need the shaft and yoke.
(It came without the bearing and hardware, just a housing, that's it)

I already found the bearing and bearing seal that I need (I hope).

I just need the snap-ring to hold in the output bearing and the little black star shaped piece of rubber.

Any help is greatly appreciated, I'm losing my mind trying to find this stuff.

Call the company you bought the housing from. They should have the proper pieces for you.

Think he's looking for the one that holds the bearing in the housing. I agree, call the vendor, or maybe stop by a tranny shop and see if they have so.ething laying around.

The rubber piece isn't a big deal. Put some silicone on the flange of the nut before you install it.
