Several years ago, I picked up an Auto X-Ray kit (hand unit with GM, Ford, and ChryCo cables) on sale for about $150 - and it's worked well for me ever since. You should be able to find one locally for not too many $$$ - you'll just need the ChryCo cable to go with yours (I had all three to take care of at the time, so the kit was a good buy for me. It still nets me favours from time to time...)
