How do I upload photos?

(1) Host your pics to a site like photobucket
(2) Get the image address from said website
(3) post the image using the icon
insertimage.gif
above

When he says "host" that means some one or a company has a computer set up on the Internet that will show your picture. You have to go to that server and send the file electronically, called uploading. Once you have it on their server, they will give you a web address, or URL, that you can use to POINT to.

This web address is put in this box by putting the [ img] and [ /img].

For example:

[ img]http://muckleroy.com/images/makemyday.jpg[ /img]

You would see:

makemyday.jpg

** I have used [ img] and [ /img] with the SPACE after the "[" so you can see the text. Otherwise the naxja.org website would try to show a picture to you and not the [ img] text.

i hate when people upload to photobucket.... work filters block it. :(

Zackly. That's why I just use my Car Domain account for hosting pics. At least I get to view those posted pics at work and it forces me to actually update my Car Domain site. Double bonus.

You can right-click on posted pics and look at the properties of the pictures to easily determine where the pictures are being hosted. The site is in the image path.

No space in the [ img] and [ /img] remove the space between the [ and the i and the [ and the /.

Also all you need is the "http://s335.photobucket.com/albums/m441/YosemiteMatt32/055.jpg" I think, let me see if it works...

055.jpg

[ img]http://s335.photobucket.com/albums/m441/YosemiteMatt32/055.jpg[ /img]
