When to replace oil pump???

I will be replacing the rear main seal )and of course oil pan gasket) in a couple of weeks.

I have 185,000 miles on my 97XJ. Runs great and doesn't use or burn oil. (Just leaking some out of the main seal.)

Should I go ahead and replace the oil pump while the bottom is opened up??

I plan on keeping the XJ forever and I have no idea how long the oil pumps are expected to last. As long as it's open I can save some time and labor by doing it now if it is near its service life.

Opinions appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeff-97XJ
