I am ready to try the CPS high altitude mod with enlarged holes to get my .35AC voltage up to .5AC on my 1988 and get alittle timing in the process. Now here is my question:
I just stumbled upon a 429 ECU. Manual ECU obviously I read that they work just fine in an Auto, but I also read that they have a different timing curve due to the manual trans. This timing will be ontop of the 89-90 updated timing curves, and the CPS mod. Will it be ok? Or will I need 110 octane?
