Damm that's a nice place to explore. I was just up in Seattle and it really had me thinking about moving up there.

This was out by rosyln, eastern wa. I'm working in Seattle now and despise it lol. 2 hrs to get home to tacoma even tho I'm working 12s. I've been finding some nice new areas

Dirtbound offroad majave diy kit. I wanted to make it a hidden winch setup but decided that was more.work than I wanted to do, and being able to wimch front or back isn't a bad thing.

Stripped and repainted the bumpers, time will tell how durable this stuff is. I do like the finish tho, front bumper wasn't done curing

Your rear bumper; home brew or ?

It's a jcr diy, I didn't like how the tabs came so I radiused them. Guess I'm knit picky because when I did the dirtbound bumper I didn't like how the tabs were 1/2" so I mimicked them out of 1"

I like it. Especially the way it wraps around at the ends. It's enough without being too much.

I'm definitely going to have to take a closer look at them. It looks like they'll get me 2/3 or more of the way for what I have in mind. I want to incorporate my existing class 3 hitch into the bumper support. I want to maintain my full towing capacity.

Been a bit busy, I started pull g out all the fatmat, that like a rookie I covered every inch in. it 99% off, I've got some diy lizzard skin for sound and heat but started looking into it more. I've also bought a few sound deadner showdown CLD tiles and I'm looking at insulation for more sound and heat barrier. at that point I found a 99 xj with a knocking motor for $700 went a bought it. Got it home washed it and thought it was to pretty and complete to tear apart for the wiring harness, so I happened to find another 99 the same day for $300. bright that pos home, stripped ot completely and just sent it to the wrecker. I now have a spare aw4 and np231j to rebuild down the road after I dissect the harness and make the mj a quality built rig.

fatmat sucks in my opnion, and when I put it on I covered every square inch like a rookie and it's not designed for what I wanted. I'm battling horrible heat on the trail or in traffic without ac. one culperiate is the muffler half under the cab, and gets the floor to 165-170 withing 45 mins of idling. I was going to do lizzard skin bit have returned it and have some microbaloons for sou d and ceramic for heat. I've be looking into it more and bought some sound deadner showdown CLD tile and I still am searching for a hear barrier and a sou d barrier. now that u have a new harness to put in, I'm going to cover the firewall in something as well as the oem foam/rubber.basically I want the heep to be quiet and cool in the interior. and the fatmat is asphalt based, got hot and melted/oozed in areas. those type of products are meant for resonance control for the panel, not heat or sound from the tires like I had assumed.
