I was looking to see when I built the first set! Found the threads but the pics were gone. 14 yrs later I thought some might benefit! Their still running strong.

I forgot to add a important pic!

Quick details >> 2" Chromoly arms, 1-1/4" Chromoly all-thread, RE Superflex joint(frame side), and OEM bushing(axle side). The cross-member is made from 2" x 4" tubing w/ a 3/4" transfer case drop.

I was doing this "on the fly" at the time, and with all the pics gone some of the post's are hard to follow.

For uppers, I was already running a RE Superflex kit, you can see that in pic #12.

I built a nearly identical set a couple years later for my '95 but sold that XJ!
This year I replaced all the rubber bushings but the RE flex joints are the original ones with no signs of wear.

I have more pics and can answer any particular questions!
