What does this burnt plug go to.

95 4.0 4wd cherokee , my 4wd light/abs light/check engine light stopped working recently and i smelt smoke... Im fixingthis either way, but curious what its for. I went to cut it to splice and i heard a buzz like a door buzzer lol (forgot to disconnect battery which im doing now)

Well i replaced the burnt wiring... Still no dash lights...

My rpm and mph lights work, all lights except the ones to the left. Different than that link

The connector is the headlamp delay module, C233.

#1 White/blck and White/Orage are fused ignition switch output.
#2 Tan/black is headlamp switch output
#3 Black wires are ground
#4 Gray/Orange is fused B+ 12 volts.

You got the right fuses in there? Shorted headlight maybe?

Ah, just saw your other posting about smoking the tell-tale indicator. The white/orange wire feeds those dash lights, which explains how that wire got fried.
