Best O2 sensor brands for 1997 4.0 XJ?

So Rock Auto has Bosch for about $18 on a close out sale,

NTK for twice that

and AC-Declo about $68 :scared:

Dunno about the late model XJ, the KJ, XK, TJ like NTK, they are the OE supplier for jeep.
Bosch on those jeeps fail pretty fast.
I’d go with NTK cause I think they are OEM.

Bought an NTK upstream. Lets hope it works well.

Good choice mike. We have excessively high combacks with Bosch at our shop. NTK or Denso have much higher reliability IMHO.

I bought a new Bosch and it caused me to have a stutter/stall when pulling out of parking lots etc. Installed NTK and no problems at all. I only use NTK now.

the newer computers seem more sensitive.

Emissions standards have become much more stringent since the advent of OBDII. Lower quality sensors make a huge difference.
