Isuzu d44 driveshaft flange

So I bought an isuzu d44 and it came with a flange that *looks* like it'll work for whatever joint came stock.

Part is spicer C2-2-721, I've done quite a bit of searching and reading old threads on here.

Just wondering if anyone knows if this is the part I need or if I should look for another shaft yoke. Once I've pulled the old rearend I'll just try the old joint (1310?) and see if it fits. But if anyone's got any info I'd love a part #.

Same deal for the brakeline adaptor, anyone got a part number for that?
