still not running right after engine swap

well the mechanic still has my rig- got it all back together. trying to ge it dialed in and its not going well. Idles great but anytime you give it gas it bogs down. It has to be electrical. thats all theres left to check. he is now cleaning and checking connections. just thought anyone might have any ideas...
that could speed up the process for him.

after i burried it. i changed the tps, oil pressure sensor, plugs, filter, oil, ran good then it started firing on 2 cylinders . hooked it up on my buddys computer then changed the spark plug rail worked for another few days . was smoking a bit but then it started doing the same thing.

i drove it and it was "fine" (normal power and such) after the fact so i dont think that could be whats going on.. it has to be electrical
