30 spline shaft and axle seal...

Will be upgrading the HP D30 with 30 spline shafts + ARB. Do I need larger axle seal for the 30 spline? Will I be able to use those axle tube seal as well? Thanks.

You will need new inner axle seals. Depending on brand, they may come with the axle kit. The axle tube seals will work.
