Also wondering has anyone else had their horn come on for no reason, and stay on until the fuse blows? Also have an intermentent airbag light. 99XJ only had it a few days.

These may be separate issues or may be related.
The horn coming on and staying on sort of points to a bad horn relay, stuck in the ON position.
Air Bag light and horn problems combined, point to a problem with the Clock Spring in the steering wheel.
