Hey guys. Im thinking of moving to Arizona for college. I just finsihed all my registration for HTI(High-Tech Institute) and am waiting to hear back if Im accepted. Shouldnt be long...

Just thought Id stop by and see who all lives in Phoenix, make some buds so Im not all alone in June 2007.

Since this is aXJ forum Ill go on ahead and tell you what Ill be moving down there with.
1988 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer
220,XXX-230,XXXmiles depending on how much I drive from now till then.
4.6L Stroker(Brand New, In Process)
Dana30/Dana44(LOCKER) 3.55:1
NP-242
AW4 w/Tranny Cooler
3Core Radiator
235/75R15 Trail Guides
POS Soundsystem

Thats what Ill have done by Feb. or already have done. Also Im going to try to make my 2" lift by then, since I cant afford the 3.5" yet due to expenses I have to save for now.

Well I know people down there, I was born in Lake Havasu City, but I dont know anyone my age or around. The worst part about this is that I wont have all the Jeep connections I had here. No more shop to work at on the weekends, no more discounted parts, its kinda depressing that Ill have to work in a apartment parking lots now.

I hope the roomate I get owns a Jeep.

I dunno if youre being a asshole or if this is a real forum like CO4x4. But there is nothing virtual about my Heep. Its just under alot of construction to survive the trip and the many years of fun to come.

Check it out, if you dont believe it

EDIT: I want to apologize about the asshole part. The site looks really legit. Im just off my seat with online shit dealing with supra owners that dont like me trying to sell my cressida on their sites. Its the same damn engine youd think they'd be thankful. But yea I cant wait til I move, I visit AZ every year, and its a nice place specially when I hate the cold so much.

That's cool man! I ain't mad at ya! If you want to wheel in Phoenix, this is pretty much where it is happenin'. Everyone is cool and we have a good time. Check it out. It is strictly small time as compared to this site though. The amount of info, technical or otherwise, is incredible here.

That would be the one. The gold one that is. The black one is what I am working toward. The blue '84 is project Ex-Jay..... and what a mess. Keeps me honest and off the streets though. I am just enjoying the fabrication experience. And for those of you going..... What color? Here is the project. It ain't pretty, but I'm having a good time.
