Rear seal R&R on the AX15

ok... I'm biting the bullet and doing the rear seal on the AX15... I have been told that even if the culprit is the cap on the top, I should replace the seal while at it as once it starts to leak... it will leak....

So any pointers? pitfalls? things that go wrong? Things that get missed? Things that I might as well do since I'm in there anyways?

Btw, I think I will do the front of the tcase while there... anything else you guys can think of?
