AW4 gear ratios?

I am trying to find out the gear ratios for my AW4 Aisin Transmission. 2000 XJ with 3.55 axle gears. 4.0L

Repeat after me - "I will search before I ask". Google spit this out in about 5 seconds flat. Note that pre 1991 AW4s had a different 4th gear ratio.

2.80, 1.53, 1.00 & .75
