eflores
June 21st, 2009, 19:18

bdiamond
June 21st, 2009, 20:53
You just need comfy-er seats... You could probably learn how to mate a lazy boy to the stock XJ sliders when you get to Georgia. I bet its been done there...Its gotta be easier than getting the stockers loose from the tracks the way you were doing it... That poor factory guy....

It still kills me when I think about that....

i still dont understand about that?

and eflores you've never driven with death wobble have you? that makes the whole damn jeep shake like things shake alot.

bdiamond

i still dont understand about that?
When you pulled the seat bodies off the slider/frames/tracks(whatever you want to call them) while said seats were still firmly bolted to the floor of the Jeep. You must have worked your ass off while cussing and standing on your head inside a Jeep. You said it took you two hours to pull both seats. I guess I'm easily amused...

oh, lol it really wasnt that hard. it would have been nice if i had a ratcheting wrench though

eflores
June 22nd, 2009, 07:00
i have driven with death wobble.....it sucks....make sure your trac bar it tight and run a tape measure across your tires again

MischiefMan
June 22nd, 2009, 08:04
I'm still curious to find out if you fixed the "bandaided steering box" cuz I still don't see that in your list of things done.

Swamprat
June 22nd, 2009, 09:23
yea, we got a nice big bandaid welded on the frame rigth there. shored it up really nicely
