the guy says engine is from 2001 cherokee, but the alternator and a/c pump are in the wrong spots, i know the block is the same but has anyone ever seen this before ?

yeah i called the guy he was all confused, first he slipped and said it was from a 91 cherokee, then he said "i think it had, like, um, 89kmi", ??? he said he got it off a guy and was trying to put it in a grand cherokee but the mounts wouldn't line up, that dont make any sense to me, should be the same, its got the 0331 head on it he said and its distributorless, so idk, either its all messed up or its a good deal...

coil pack is 2000 and newer... it isnt from a tj. might be a wj.....the 2000 and newer tjs are setup something like this
