AFTER heater core help

OK so im trying to finish up this SATANIC heater core swap. Got the housing back under the dash. Re conected everything and guess what?? Air only out of the defroster. Got vacume on the firewall side, but none on the connecter for the controls? Am i missing something? THe good side is that now i have heat!!!

look see where the vacuum lines go underneath the dash, did u kink a line?

I just fixed mine last week. About 3" back from the ac controls, the vacuum line was broken. I did not see it at first because it was wrapped in the wiring harnes about an inch back. This was on an 88

Yea i figured One is pinched or broken, but you cant see anything up there and i cant hear any vacume leaks!
