I got an xj the other day that has the factory rear carrier on it but the bushings on the swing arm are gone, is there anyone who knows where I can get replacements?

You could try the dealership, teamcherokee.com, jeepsareus.com, best to call they sometimes have small quantities of parts that are not listed on their websites.

the dealer can still get them as of last year. If you are talking about the bumper mounted carrier. I am not sure of the ones for the body mounted carrier. The p/n for the bumper mounted carrier bushings is 8350-7112 that is per set so you will need 2 one for the upper and one for the lower.

Sounds like a good deal on spare parts for a rare accessory.
You could also try and make something else work.
